During the last 2 years major transition in operational excellence with new customized project control tools such as Unifier, Tableau, Time Control, SAP and PDM has be implemented. Leading development in usage of P6 to make it main platform for various data’s including time analysis, progress monitoring, resource planning and labor demand, cost forecasting, and earned value management
